Privacy Collection Statement
The primary purpose for which we collect your personal information is to provide you with the goods and services you have requested. You agree that we may use and disclose your personal information and other data for this purpose and for secondary purposes, such as to personalise your user experience. Our Privacy Policy (see below) explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

i-Motor Pty Ltd (ABN 96 133 242 798) is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of individuals who deal with it, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”), the Australian Privacy Principles and applicable privacy regulations. This privacy policy deals with how we collect, use, disclose and manage personal information. We are committed to protecting the personal information that we hold about you.
You may deal with us by using a pseudonym, unless it is reasonably impracticable for us to respond to you if you have not identified yourself, or we are required or authorised by law to deal only with an identified person.
2. The kinds of personal information we collect and hold

5. How you may access and update your personal information
You generally have a right to access your personal information, subject to a few exceptions provided by law. To access your personal information, you can contact the i-Motor staff member you usually deal with, or email us at enq@i-motor.com.au.
Generally, there will be no charge for this service, however you may be required to verify your identity before any information is released to you. Depending on the volume, type or method of access to this information you request, i-Motor may charge you some fees, however, these will not be excessive and will not apply to the making of the request.
If at any time you believe that any personal information of yours that we hold is incorrect, please contact us at enq@i-motor.com.au and advise us of the correct information, and we will amend our records.
6. Links to other sites
This site contains links to other third-party websites. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for content or Privacy Policies of other sites. If through using our website or services you disclose personal information to a third-party website, or consent to us providing your information to a third party on your behalf, this privacy policy will not apply and you will be subject to the privacy policy of the relevant third party.
7. How you may make a privacy complaint
If you have a complaint about the way we hold or use your personal information, please contact us at enq@i-motor.com.au, stating your concern, and how you would like your complaint resolved.
We will investigate your complaint and endeavour to deal with it comprehensively and reach an outcome with which all parties are satisfied. In the event you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint of the investigation, you may refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (see https://www.oaic.gov.au).
8. Transfer of personal information overseas
It may be necessary for i-Motor to disclose personal information to overseas recipients for some of the purposes described above and for other necessary administrative or management purposes. By way of example, some of i-Motor’s service providers are located outside of Australia, including without limitation, in the United States of America, Germany, South Korea and France. By providing i-Motor with your personal information, you consent to the disclosure / transfer of your personal information outside of Australia as set out in this privacy policy.
9. Changes to our policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. All changes will be published on this website and will only apply to personal information that has been collected after the date you accept the new privacy policy. If the changes will impact personal information collected prior to the date the changes are made then we will provide 30 days’ written notice to you of the relevant changes, where reasonably possible.
